Joseph Gaddy serves as the Area Representative for FCA in Suwannee County, faithfully ministering in his hometown of Live Oak. With a 16-year football coaching career spanning eight different schools, Joseph has had the opportunity to invest in the lives of countless student-athletes and coaches, using the platform of sport to point others toward Christ.

Joseph’s heart for ministry was deeply shaped in 2012 at an FCA Camp in Marianna, where the Lord transformed not only his life, but also his purpose in coaching. From that point forward, he committed to leading with a “Kingdom mindset,” striving to make an eternal impact wherever God placed him. Throughout his coaching journey, FCA remained a consistent light—encouraging, equipping, and reminding him of the greater mission.

Today, Joseph is stepping fully into that calling, answering the command of Matthew 28:19 to “go and make disciples.” As a local missionary, he is passionate about reaching every coach and every athlete in Suwannee County with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Joseph and his wife, Rebecca, are proud members of First Baptist Church of Live Oak, where they faithfully serve in the children’s ministry. Together, they are raising their two children, Harper and Lincoln, to know and love the Lord.
